By-Order Policy

• A 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to confirm and reserve your order.

• As we process orders immediately with our supplier, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation. Also, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

• After confirming your order, please expect 2-4 weeks for the items to arrive at our warehouse, then we will be in touch to schedule delivery.

• Before confirming your order, please review all items, sizes, and quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness, and only proceed with payment once you're satisfied.
  
  
  
  

Immediate Collection Policy 

• We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. You can check your order on the spot while the courier is waiting (Baby clothes cannot be tried on). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Simply return it with the courier.

• Once the courier leaves we will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.

• Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations.
